Job summary

Odyssey Locums seeks an Obstetrics/Gynecology physician for a 10-week assignment in Harrisonburg, VA. Inpatient 24-hour call shifts are required; a backup OBGYN will be available during coverage changes, with weekend calls as needed.

Qualifications

• OB/GYN physician qualified to cover inpatient 24-hour call.
• Ability to manage vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections.
• Willingness to cover weekend call when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetrics/gynecology care during inpatient 24-hour call shifts.
• Perform vaginal deliveries and cesarean deliveries as needed.
• Participate in procedures such as hysteroscopy, D&C, and cesarean sections.
• Collaborate with hospital team and follow EPIC charting protocols.
• Support non-restricted 24-hour call coverage and associated shifts.
