Job summary

Tom Trese is seeking a Premium Products Quality Manager to lead quality systems and certification for advanced vacuum induction melting and remelting processes. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-performance manufacturing environment where quality is critical.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of QA/QC leadership experience. You will be responsible for managing QMS, overseeing audits, and driving quality standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of QA/QC leadership experience within metals manufacturing.
• Strong experience with premium remelted products including VAR and/or ESR processes preferred.
• Deep understanding of quality systems, audits, certifications, and corrective action processes.

Responsibilities

• Leading and maintaining the Quality Management System for premium products.
• Managing external quality certifications and compliance requirements.
• Overseeing internal and external audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
