Compass Group USA, via Flik Hospitality, seeks a Premium Lounge Operations Manager to lead the AMEX Centurion Lounge at the Miami International Airport. You will oversee food and beverage operations, develop the team, and ensure the highest standards of service and brand excellence.

The role requires hospitality leadership, budget awareness, and guest-focused service in a premium lounge setting. Flexibility for open shifts and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service management experience.
• 2–4 years of team leadership experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, bars, VIP lounges, corporate dining, or related food service operations.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee food and beverage operations within budget.
• Ensure high-quality food, service and hospitality for AMEX Centurion Lounge.
• Hire, train and develop lounge team members.
• Maintain relationships with associates, guests and clients.
• Support all functions of the AMEX Centurion Lounge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As the Premium Lounge Operations Manager, you will lead the delivery of an exceptional premium hospitality experience by overseeing food and beverage operations, developing and motivating the team, and ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and brand excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists with managing food service operations in accordance with the approved budget while providing the client with the maximum value for the dollars spent.
• Ensures the food, service, and hospitality delivered to the client, customers, and associates of theAMEX Centurion Lounge is of superior quality.
• Assists with hiring, training, and development of all AMEX Centurion Lounge team members
• Supports all functions of the AMEX Centurion Lounge
• Maintains excellent relationships with associates, guests, and clients, as well as other departments within the operation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  

Qualifications:

• Flexible schedule/ Open availability is required - Opening, Closing & Weekends
• 2 to 4 years of food service management experience.
• 2 to 4 years of team leadership experience
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, bars, VIP lounges, corporate dining, and/or related food service operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food.
• Financial experience and business acumen skills.
• ServSafe Certification is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the internet.
• Associate’s degree is preferred.
