Legends Global is seeking a Premium Level Attendant for the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in Sioux Falls, SD. You will ensure suites and club level areas are clean and inviting, greet guests, verify tickets, and assist with guest needs to uphold an exceptional premium experience.

This part-time, on-site role requires 18+ years of age, a background check, and availability for nights, weekends, and some holidays, with a strong focus on customer service and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Pre-event suite setup and maintaining a clean, inviting ambiance.

• Respond promptly to guest issues and needs.
• Represent Legends Global with courteous, professional service.
• Direct inquiries to the appropriate manager.
• Adhere to facility rules, policies, and procedures.
• Availability to work events on nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Maintain a positive image with patrons and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Premium Seating Manager.

Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, is consistently ranked as the #1 entertainment venue in the state. Our venue boasts a full calendar of events including concerts, comedy shows, family shows, sporting events, banquets, conventions, trade shows, meetings, and more. With the attached Convention Center and Arena, we are the largest venue between Omaha and Fargo, and from Minneapolis to Denver.

THE ROLE

A Premium Level Attendant provides excellent customer service, maintains organization and cleanliness of suites and club level seats, and assists guests with their needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pre-event suite set up, assuring suites are clean and overall ambiance is pleasing.
• Guest relations activities that include greeting and directing guests.
• Verify all guest tickets, assuring the exclusiveness of the premium level seating.
• Ensure there is an effective and efficient response to patron issues & needs.
• Represent the company in a polite, friendly, and professional manner using excellent customer service skills.
• Direct customer service complaints and inquiries to proper manager/supervisor.
• Abide by facility rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Will be required to have availability to work events on an ongoing basis including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Maintains the proper image and generates positive public relations with patrons and staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Premium Seating Manager.
