Legends Global is seeking a Premium Level Attendant at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in Sioux Falls, SD to deliver exceptional service at premium seating areas. The role supports pre-event setup, guest greeting, and ticket verification while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

This part-time, hourly position requires availability for nights, weekends, and some holidays, with a professional appearance and strong customer service skills expected at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and pass an acceptable background check.
• Demonstrate ability to read, write, hear, and speak English.
• Professional attitude and clean, neat appearance.
• Excellent customer service skills and a sense of public relations.
• Ability to work independently, exercising judgement and initiative, and as a member of the team.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods; able to walk up and down steep stairs.
• Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position.

Responsibilities

• Guest relations activities that include greeting and directing guests.
• Verify all guest tickets, assuring the exclusiveness of the premium level seating.
• Ensure there is an effective and efficient response to patron issues & needs.
• Represent the company in a polite, friendly, and professional manner using excellent customer service skills.
• Direct customer service complaints and inquiries to proper manager/supervisor.
• Abide by facility rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Will be required to have availability to work events on an ongoing basis including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Maintains the proper image and generates positive public relations with patrons and staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Premium Seating Manager.

THE ROLE

A Premium Level Attendant provides excellent customer service, maintains organization and cleanliness of suites and club level seats, and assists guests with their needs.
