Job summary

One&Only Moonlight Basin in Big Sky, MT, is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to provide exceptional cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas, with a focus on guest comfort and safety. You will uphold One&Only standards, coordinate with HOH and In-Room Dining, and ensure rooms are guest-ready on time.

The role requires a positive, professional attitude and a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays in a luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage.
• Familiar with hotel facilities, operations, and services is preferred.
• Must communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and managers.
• Maintains a positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Extends warm, personalized greetings to guests and colleagues, using names whenever possible.
• Delivers housekeeping services that exceed expectations, with areas maintained to One&Only standards.
• Performs routine and deep cleaning of Guest Rooms, Public Areas, and HOH spaces.
• Maintains HOH spaces, corridors, offices, locker rooms, laundry rooms, pantries and storage areas.
• Keeps GRs, PAs, and HOH spaces clean through vacuuming and spot treatments.
• Sanitizes equipment in PAs, such as ice machines.
• Prepares scheduled arrival GRs to be guest-ready at designated times.
• Keeps in-room materials in excellent condition and ensures linens and amenities are stocked.
• Reports maintenance issues to Facilities and coordinates with relevant teams.
• Follows SOPs for cleaning, sanitizing, and setting up assigned areas; secures Master Key.
