You will install and service gas, electric, and wood fireplaces, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with the HVAC team during seasonal transitions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Proven field experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing gas, electric, and wood hearth appliances.
• Ability to safely operate power tools and work from tall extension ladders.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs during installations.
• Strong communication and customer service with high-end clients.

Responsibilities

• Install and service premium gas, electric, and wood fireplaces per specs and code.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and low-voltage issues to provide quick comfort.
• Perform clean tear-outs and venting installations while protecting property.
• Educate customers on safe operation and maintenance options.

• Mentor entry-level technicians on safety and installation techniques.
