Miami HEAT and Kaseya Center are seeking outgoing, guest-focused individuals to deliver a best-in-class Premium Guest Experience. As an Elevator Greeter, you will welcome fans, VIPs, and premium members, guiding them to seating and premium areas with a polished, professional approach.

You will provide concierge-style information about arena amenities, respond to inquiries about experiences, and help maintain a safe, elevated environment consistent with the Miami HEAT guest standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and professional demeanor.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Comfort with assisting guests at entry points and directing them to locations.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests at key entry points with a polished, hospitality-forward approach.
• Assist guests with directions to seating or Premium Areas and provide a gracious closing message.
• Provide concierge-style information about arena services and amenities.
• Respond to guest inquiries about in-game experiences and events with warmth and attentiveness.
• Maintain a safe, organized environment reflecting elevated guest standards.
• Support seamless guest flow by guiding movement to elevators and designated areas.
