Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (Florida labor law requirements for equipment operation).
• High school diploma or equivalent; landscaping, grounds maintenance, or general labor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining turf areas (mowing greens, tees, bunker faces, banks).
• Trim, weed, and edge landscape beds; rake bunkers as needed.
• Support pruning of trees, shrubs, and hedges.
• Operate golf course vehicles and landscaping tools.
• Perform general grounds maintenance (mulching, aerating, edging beds).
• Assist with projects (laying sod, planting, grading).
• Help with equipment maintenance and cleaning.
