Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Greenskeeper to maintain turf and landscapes across our golf course facilities. You will perform mowing, irrigation, fertilization, and routine maintenance to ensure top playability and aesthetics for members and guests.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, outdoor stamina, and the ability to operate and maintain course equipment. A strong commitment to safety and teamwork will be essential in daily club operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior knowledge in landscape management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mow greens, fairways, tees, and roughs to maintain proper height and playability.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides according to the agronomy plan and safety guidelines.
• Water turf areas as needed and adjust irrigation systems for optimal moisture.
• Monitor turf conditions and identify pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies; take corrective actions.
• Operate powered equipment safely, including mowers, aerators, and sprayers.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Maintain and enhance landscaping around the clubhouse with flowers, shrubs and trees.
• Trim and prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Prepare soil beds, lay sod, and plant new vegetation as directed.
• Keep golf course areas free of debris and in good condition.
