Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, portion, and prepare fresh meat products.
• Prepare steaks, roasts, chops, ground products.
• Package, label, and stock fresh meat products for retail display.
• Monitor product freshness, appearance, and quality throughout the shift.
• Rotate products using FIFO to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
