Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR standards.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to drive a manual vehicle preferred but not required.
• Maintains and is accountable for dealership-owned tools and manuals.
• Complies with federal, state, and local regulations (hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right‑to‑Know).
• Operates all tools and equipment safely.
• Reports any safety issues immediately to management.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive repairs and maintenance with precision and speed.
• Diagnose mechanical and electronic issues and propose repair solutions.
• Collaborate with parts department to access required parts.
• Tag and save parts from warranty work or inspections.
• Document all services performed and recommended repairs.
• Test drive vehicles to verify repairs or collaborate with a test technician.
