Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Experience in automotive repair or maintenance preferred.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive repairs and maintenance with precision and speed following Ricart and OEM standards.
• Diagnose mechanical and electronic issues and provide effective repair solutions.
• Work with parts department to ensure timely access to parts and minimize downtime.
• Tag and save all parts from warranty work or inspections.
• Document all services performed and any recommended repairs clearly in the repair order.
• Test drive vehicles to verify repairs or partner with a test technician for validation.
• Stay current with training through manufacturer programs and in-house development opportunities.
• Mentor apprentice technicians as needed and share knowledge to support growth.
• Report any tool or equipment issues to management promptly.
• Treat every customer vehicle with care and keep interiors clean; note any changes to the service advisor.
• Take pride in your work and step in to help wherever needed.
