Job summary

Infiniti of Tacoma, part of Larson Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Automotive Technician to join our growing Service Department. You will work on Infiniti vehicles with premium brand training and a collaborative team that values quality workmanship.

This role offers flat-rate compensation ranging from $32–$45 per flagged hour, ongoing Infiniti manufacturer training, modern diagnostic tools, and opportunities to expand your technical expertise through factory certifications.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of automotive experience.
• ASE certifications ideal.
• Strong automotive background.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Infiniti vehicles accurately and efficiently.
• Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs according to Infiniti manufacturer standards.
• Complete repair orders thoroughly while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment, service information, and specialized tools.
• Communicate with service advisors and fellow technicians regarding repairs and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Stay current with manufacturer training and evolving vehicle technology.
