Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma, part of the Larson Automotive Group, seeks an experienced technician to deliver high-quality repairs in a fast-paced, flat-rate shop. You will work with modern equipment and factory training pathways to grow your career within a premier Northwest Mercedes-Benz dealership.

You will diagnose and repair advanced systems, collaborate with advisors, and utilize OEM procedures to keep repairs moving efficiently. A strong team ethic and commitment to quality are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of automotive experience.
• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
• Must have a clean & valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz vehicles efficiently and accurately.
• Perform advanced electrical, drivability, suspension, engine, and transmission repairs.
• Complete repairs following factory standards while maintaining strong productivity.
• Utilize Mercedes-Benz diagnostic equipment and OEM repair procedures.
• Collaborate with experienced advisors and the parts department to keep repairs moving efficiently.
