Infiniti of Tacoma seeks an experienced Flat Rate Automotive Technician to join its Service Department in a fast-paced shop. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain Infiniti vehicles while following manufacturer standards and using official training resources.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of automotive experience.
• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background
• Strong teamwork skills
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
• Will ing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Infiniti vehicles accurately and efficiently
• Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs according to Infiniti manufacturer standards
• Complete repair orders thoroughly while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Utilize diagnostic equipment, technical service information, and specialized tools
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians regarding vehicle repairs and recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Stay current with manufacturer training, repair procedures, and evolving vehicle technology
