Premium Field Auditor (Entry Level Encouraged to Apply)

ARMStrong Insurance Services is a leading and trusted name in debt recovery and financial solutions, serving various industries for decades. We own and operate Altus Receivables Management Group, Brown & Joseph, Paragon, SubroIQ, and NEIS, each providing expertise in debt management and financial services.

NEIS, LLC, a leader in insurance audit and loss control since 1945, is seeking a Premium Auditor. The role involves examining financial records of insured businesses to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, detecting fraud, and verifying adherence to standards. The position is remote with daily travel to audit locations, averaging 2-4 days per week within your territory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct insurance premium audits for Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Automobile policies by reviewing policyholder's records and applying standards.
• Identify necessary information and records for each audit.
• Plan schedules to optimize time efficiency.
• Coordinate with insured via phone, email, and mail to set up appointments.
• Examine records, gather data for correct classifications, and describe operations accurately.
• Prepare audit documentation, explain results to insured, and communicate findings to the home office.
• Travel to multiple audit locations as scheduled.

Job Requirements:

• Associate's Degree or equivalent plus two years' premium auditing experience or relevant education and experience.
• Ability to analyze financial documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of Visual Audit is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with customers and staff.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
