The Woodford Agency is assisting a private family in Ham Lake, Minnesota, with hiring a capable Housekeeper/Family Assistant to support daily life in a 7,000-square-foot home. The role can be live-in or live-out, with private accommodations for live-in candidates.

We seek a proactive, organized professional who can manage housekeeping, laundry, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and occasional transportation for two teenagers.

Formación

• Minimum of five years of experience in a private household or comparable housekeeping role.
• Strong full-charge housekeeping skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable with menu planning, grocery shopping, and basic cooking.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the residence to a high standard, including full-charge housekeeping and overall household organization.
• Manage laundry, linens, clothing care, and general upkeep.
• Plan weekly menus, prepare shopping lists, and prepare simple, healthy meals.
• Shop for groceries, household supplies, and other items as needed.
• Provide occasional transportation for the children.
• Assist with care of the family's two dogs.
• Assist with errands and day-to-day household tasks.
• Assist with packing/unpacking for family travel and maintain organization.
• Keep the home orderly, well-stocked, and smoothly functioning.
