Proof of the Pudding is seeking a Premium Manager for our Event Center in Allen, Texas, to oversee premium operations and client relationships for the Credit Union of Texas Event Center. You will lead managers and staff, ensuring flawless events and strong financial performance.

The role emphasizes high-volume catering, team leadership, and the ability to coordinate across sales, operations, and culinary teams to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, food and beverage management or related field.
• 4+ years of Food & Beverage leadership experience, with at least 2 years in live entertainment or high-volume catering.
• Demonstrated financial acumen with proven track record for generating revenue growth.
• Strong people skills with a kind demeanor.
• Tech savvy with high proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with BEO software preferred (Caterease).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day premium operations for the Event Center.
• Manage client relationships and lead all managers and hourly staff.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate catering operations and financial performance.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, concessions, and culinary teams.
