Delaware North at Chaifetz Arena - St. Louis University is seeking a Premium Events Manager to lead premium dining and catered events at Chaifetz Arena in Saint Louis, Missouri. You will hire and develop teams, coordinate event-day service, and uphold high standards for guest experiences.

The role requires hospitality expertise in high-volume venues, strong menu knowledge, and experience supervising service staff. Nights, weekends, and major events are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in premium hospitality environments.
• Experience in sports or entertainment venues or catering preferred.
• Strong knowledge of diverse menus and supervising service staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with staff.
• No degree required.

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking an experienced Premium Events Manager to join our team at Chaifetz Arena in Saint Louis, Missouri. In this role you will manage premium dining within the arena as well as catered events. The ideal candidate is a polished, hands-on hospitality professional with experience delivering exceptional guest service across premium spaces within high-volume sports or entertainment venues.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,300 – $74,600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.
