Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in hospitality or premium dining preferred.
• Stadium/arena or entertainment venue experience is a plus.
• Valid TABC and ServSafe certifications or ability to obtain within timeframe.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and time management.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Flexible evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional food and beverage service.
• Collaborate with culinary and event teams for timely meal delivery and special requests.
• Prepare event spaces: set tables, roll silverware, stock service stations, ensure readiness.
• Maintain dining and service areas to be clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Follow Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and safety standards.
• Support event setup, breakdown, and other duties as assigned.
