The role offers part-time, event-based work with 6-10 hour shifts; starting pay $20-22 per hour based on experience. STAR certification is a plus. Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of upscale bartending experience and strong mixology knowledge.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of high-volume or upscale bartending experience.
• A deep understanding of mixology, spirits, and proper serving techniques.
• Bartending Certification is not required. STAR Certification is a major plus.
• Attention to detail and a team-first mentality.
• Ability to stand for long durations and lift/move items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drink Preparation and Service: prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks with consistency and presentation.
• Customer Interaction: provide friendly, attentive service and handle special requests professionally.
• Inventory Management: monitor bar supplies, restock, and keep accurate stock records.
• Health and Safety Compliance: follow sanitation guidelines and ensure responsible alcohol service.
