Job summary

Landed is seeking an Event Bartender to execute elevated beverage service across upscale events and activations. You will expertly prepare cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining polished hospitality standards and efficient bar operations.

Collaborating with Captains, Venue Management, Culinary, and Front of House teams, you’ll uphold luxury service and ensure seamless event execution with professional guest engagement and careful inventory management.

Qualifications

• Banquet or event service experience in high-volume settings.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer.
• Ability to maintain detail and guest engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Experience with POS and cash handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Execute high-volume beverage service efficiently with accuracy and presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine varietals, beer, and pairings.
• Interact with guests professionally to deliver elevated bar service.
• Set up, stock, organize, and break down bars per event specs.
• Monitor bar inventory and ensure cleanliness and readiness at all times.
• Follow recipes, manage portions, and support inventory control.
• Operate POS systems and handle beverage tracking and transactions when applicable.
• Adhere to DOH, sanitation, and safety standards.
