Job summary

Landed is seeking an Event Bartender to deliver elevated beverage service at premium events and activations. You will craft cocktails, manage high-volume bars, and ensure polished guest experiences under pressure.

Collaborating with Captains and venue teams, you maintain inventory, follow recipes, and uphold safety and presentation standards to support luxury hospitality across all events.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet or high-volume event experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer.
• Attention to detail and guest engagement under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes.
• Execute high-volume beverage service efficiently with accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of beverages and pairings to assist guests.
• Interact professionally with guests and ensure elevated bar service.
• Set up, stock, and break down bars per event specs.
• Monitor inventory, glassware, ice, and supplies throughout service.
• Follow recipes and maintain portion control for consistency.
• Manage bar flow during peak periods and events.
• Communicate with event team for smooth execution.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and safety compliance.
