Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV seeks an Estate Grounds and Horticulture Technician to maintain the Principal's residential properties, including landscapes, gardens, lawns, trees, shrubs, irrigation systems, and outdoor living areas to the highest estate standards.

This role blends horticulture, landscaping, groundskeeping, irrigation, and general maintenance, requiring independent work, meticulous attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while upholding

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum five (5) years of professional groundskeeping or landscape experience.
Two (2)+ years horticulture experience in a high-end setting.
Strong plant health knowledge and irrigation understanding.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform horticultural care including planting, pruning, fertilizing, mulching, and seasonal maintenance.
Maintain ornamental gardens, trees, shrubs, and landscape beds to estate standards.
Monitor plant health and address pests, disease, and nutrient deficiencies.
Inspect and repair irrigation systems and ensure proper watering.
Operate and maintain landscape equipment and perform power washing as needed.
Collaborate with estate team to plan seasonal planting and landscape enhancements.
