Job summary

Outdoor Environments Group is seeking a Property Care Crew Member to support daily activities on client estates, including pruning, watering, fertilizing, trimming, mowing, planting, and other horticultural tasks to uphold high standards of care and garden aesthetics.

The role involves working on high-end residential and commercial properties with attention to detail and the ability to follow design plans. Winter snow removal and other duties may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or seasonal color work preferred.
• Knowledge of annuals, perennials, and general plant care preferred.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on installation of plant material, containers, soil amendments, and décor.
• Adherence to schedule while maintaining a positive team environment.
• Perform routine maintenance duties (mulching, watering, planting, deadheading, pruning, trimming, mowing, leaf removal, fertilizing).
• Communicate plant health issues to appropriate staff in a timely manner.
• Load and transport tools, materials, and plant material to job sites as needed.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to OEG standards.
• Snow and ice removal in winter season.
• Other duties as assigned.
