Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to handle maintenance and repair tasks across mechanical, electrical, and structural systems at assigned locations.

You will conduct scheduled inspections, perform major repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment, and respond to emergencies while maintaining a safe facility environment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED (partial HS accepted) and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory and secure supplies for maintenance operations.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients, guests, and vendors.
