Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• I-CAR / ASE certifications preferred.
• 2-3 years' collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Customer-focused attitude with ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist collision estimators in assessing damage and plan repairs.
• Ensure all needed repairs identified to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedure by following work orders for all operations.
• Remove upholstery and related parts to access damaged area; store parts safely.
• Mend damaged body parts, weld replacement parts in position, and reassemble after painting.
• Operate hand and power tools (welder, cutting torch, sander, spray guns, etc.).
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces before painting.
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles for safety and quality compliance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Comply with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
