Job summary

Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, Nevada is seeking a friendly Cocktail Server to provide beverage service to guests on the Day shift. You will take drink orders, ring them in, and ensure prompt, accurate service while maintaining brand standards.

Candidate should be 21+, have Alcohol Awareness Card, and strong guest service skills. Previous Food & Beverage experience is a plus, and you must be able to stand for long periods and carry a tray.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Alcohol Awareness Card required.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Previous Food & Beverage experience is a plus.
• Maintain knowledge of beer, wine and liquors offered and current prices.
• Adhere to alcohol laws, policies and regulations.
• Monitor for signs of intoxication for guest safety.
• Able to carry a 10-15 lb tray, walk in 1 inch heels, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Takes drink orders from guests, rings them in, and delivers drinks.
• Checks IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Clears beverages promptly according to sanitation standards.
• Completes side duties such as stocking and coffee items.
• Maintains knowledge of brands and prices offered at the bars.
• Maintains a clean work area.
• Performs other duties as required.
