Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in hospitality or high-volume environments preferred.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of the menu and special items.
• Provides quick, attentive, friendly, professional service to banquet guests.
• Ensures food items are served at proper temperature and promptly.
• Pre-bus and bus tables during peak periods.
• Stock beverage stations and maintain clean presentation.
• Coordinate with wait staff, bartenders, and kitchen to ensure smooth service.
