Job summary

Erie Events in Erie, PA is hiring a Premium Club Runner to support our Food & Beverage team during events at the Erie Insurance Arena. You’ll be behind-the-scenes in suites, ensuring food stays hot and stocked, and delivering top-tier service to our guests.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a flexible event-based schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous food service is a plus, and teamwork is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Team player with ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Ability to stand for periods up to 5 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cold/hot food orders from kitchen/pantry to suites, clubs and arena areas.
• Read Banquet Event Orders to ensure correct delivery.
• Learn and operate catering equipment used in the event setting.
• Ensure orders are delivered timely and correctly.
• Provide extra supplies as requested by Manager on Duty.
• Clear catering equipment at end of events in suites.
• Perform other duties as required.

Hourly Rate: $15.00/Hr.

Position Summary:

Looking for a fast-paced,team drivenrole whereyou’reright in the middle of the action?Join our Food & Beverage team at the Erie Insurance Arena as a Premium Club Runner and help fuel the fun for our Club and Suite guests.You’llbe the behind-the-scenes hero, making sure our suites staystocked,food is hot and ready, and we are ready to deliver top-tier service during the event.

Qualifications:

He or she must have a high school diploma or equivalent.He / she must be 18 years or older. He /she mustdemonstratethe ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions. He / she must work well in a team environment and have the ability to work independently and in ahighstressed,fast-pacedenvironment. He / shemust have the ability to follow oral and written direction and perform simple mathematical calculations.He / shemust be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to five (5) hours in length andlift upto 50 pounds frequently.Must be able toworkan event-basedschedulewhich regularly includes evenings,weekendsand holidays.

• He/she provides logistical support in delivering cold/hot food orders from the kitchen or pantry to suites, clubleveland other areas of the arena
• Ability to read Banquet Event Orders
• Willing to learn catering equipment that is used
• Ensure orders are deliveredtimelyand correctly
• Deliver extra supplies where needed as requested by Manager on Duty
• End of event clearing of catering equipment in suites
• Perform other related duties,tasksand responsibilities asrequiredfrom time to time.
