Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and associates.
• Assist managers in training staff and conducting counseling sessions.
• Help manage staffing levels within budget and volume.
• Inspect assigned areas to monitor staff and guest needs.
• Lead volunteers and hourly staff in daily duties.
• Ensure adequate stock of products and supplies for service.
• Collaborate with manager on deficiencies needing attention.
• Greet guests professionally and individually.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
