Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage staff.

Responsibilities

• Assign duties to scheduled staff.
• Assist guests and perform service tasks as needed.
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
• Review procedures to improve service, performance, or safety.
• Assist manager with staff training and compliance.
• Monitor daily and hourly cleaning.
• Ensure proper cash handling and tip recording for the shift.
• Inform associates of policy or event changes.
• Other duties as assigned.
