Job Description

Join Beaver Street Food Co. as a Bartender and be part of something special! We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused individual to work behind our exclusive and private club bars during football games at Oregon State University, with potential for additional shifts at catering events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Set up, stock, and prepare your station; perform opening and closing duties independently or as part of a team
• Engage with patrons, take orders, recommend drinks, and ensure satisfaction
• Monitor alcohol consumption and verify ages
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and team members to provide excellent service
• Perform additional tasks as needed

Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to obtain OLCC and Food Handler cards if not already held
• At least one year of proven bartending experience
• Knowledge of cocktails, recipes, jigger use, beer pours, and cocktail builds
• Availability for the full season of home football games
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• High-volume experience preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• POS system experience preferred but not required
