Job summary

Ghirardelli Chocolate is seeking a Store Associate to perform restaurant and retail duties in our Las Vegas location. You will deliver premium guest service, manage cash transactions, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor.

The role includes helping with fountain area operations and toppings while upholding food safety standards. The position requires 18+ years old, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Retail or food service experience is a plus.
• Able to work weekends and evenings.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Guest service to customers.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Stock and merchandise retail items on the sales floor and back stock.
• Keep sales floor clean, organized, and well displayed.
• Assist with fountain area, toppings, and food safety practices.
