Qualifications

• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds; capable of climbing, bending and reaching.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sales: contribute to store sales while providing top customer service and product knowledge.
• Model Lindt standards through dress code, up-selling and selling focus.
• Monitor and escalate customer or product issues to management in a timely and professional manner.
