TotalTalentAdvisors is hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for dedicated OTR routes operating out of the Twin Cities. You will earn hourly pay with a set weekly schedule and home time every Friday and Saturday.

The role offers 100% no-touch freight, late-model equipment, and comprehensive benefits. Expect a 5-day Sunday–Thursday schedule and steady year-round work with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Acceptable MVR with strong safety history.
• Must pass background screening and DOT drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated OTR regional routes Sunday–Thursday.
• Transport 100% no-touch freight efficiently across the network.
• Meet strict scheduled pickup and delivery requirements.
• Maintain safe and professional operation of company equipment in all conditions.
• Strictly adhere to DOT regulations and internal safety requirements.
• Communicate effectively with operations, dispatch, and facility personnel.
• Utilize smartphone-based navigation and company-provided technology.

We are a driver-focused transportation company hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for dedicated OTR routes operating out of the Twin Cities. If you are looking for consistent freight, predictable home time, modern equipment, and strong earning potential, this position offers a set weekly schedule with two consecutive days home every single week.

You get paid for your time, not just your miles. We offer competitive hourly pay rather than CPM to ensure your hard work and time on the road are properly valued.

What You’ll Do

2. Transport 100% no-touch freight efficiently throughout the assigned network.
3. Meet strict scheduled pickup and delivery requirements.
4. Maintain safe and professional operation of company equipment at all times, in varying road and weather conditions.
5. Strictly adhere to DOT regulations and internal safety requirements.
6. Communicate effectively with operations, dispatch, and facility personnel.
7. Utilize smartphone-based navigation and company-provided transportation technology.

Driver Requirements

1. Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
2. Must be at least 21 years of age.
3. Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and strong safety history.
4. Ability to pass required background screening and DOT drug testing.???
