DLM Pro is hiring for a local, dedicated Class A CDL Driver position based in the Minneapolis, MN area. This role offers daily home time, consistent schedules, and modern equipment for experienced drivers.

Average 40–50 hours per week with 8:00 AM start times and 9–10 hour days. Pay starts at $29/hour with time-and-a-half after 40 hours and weekly pay. Training and orientation are provided, with routes across MN and surrounding states.

Job description

We are hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a local dedicated operation based in the Minneapolis, MN area. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers seeking daily home time, consistent schedules, paid overtime, and modern equipment.

Drivers on this account operate primarily dry van equipment with a mix of drop-and-hook and live unload freight. Customer locations handle live unloads, allowing drivers to focus on safe and efficient transportation.

Compensation and Benefits

• Longest routes approximately 300 miles
• Operate throughout Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, and Wisconsin
• Primarily dry van freight
• Occasional container moves with training provided
• Combination of drop-and-hook and live unload freight
• Approximately 90% drop-and-hook on overnight freight
• Customer unloads live unload freight

Equipment

• Automatic Volvo and Freightliner tractors
• No manual transmissions
• Dry van trailers
• Demountable containers on occasion
• Equipment parked at terminal

Schedule Options

• 8:00 AM start, ending approximately 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Requirements
