West Texas Eye Associates in Lubbock, TX seeks a top-quality BC/BE premium cataract and refractive surgeon leader to perform 1500+ surgeries per year and to champion premium cataract and refractive education for the practice.

The role involves partnering with the Chief Medical Officer and Medical Executive Committee to advance high-quality, premium cataract and refractive surgery, specializing in LACS with femtosecond laser, LALs, multifocal and EDOF lenses, toric lenses.

Qualifications

• BC/BE ophthalmologist with leadership qualities.
• Experience leading high-volume premium cataract/refractive programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform 1500+ premium cataract/refractive surgeries annually.
• Partner with CMO and MEC to champion high-quality premium procedures.
• Serve as education champion for the practice and trainees.
