Kitchen Tune-Up Bloomfield Montclair is hiring a Cabinet Installer / Finish Carpenter to work on projects across the Bloomfield, NJ area. The role requires hands-on cabinet installation, trim carpentry, and adherence to project plans and schedules.

The candidate should have 3 years of trim carpentry experience, with preferred cabinet refacing background and a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and a professional appearance in clients' homes.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in Trim Carpentry.
Prior experience in Cabinet Refacing is highly preferred.
Experience in Carpentry & General Construction (Dry Wall, Tiling, Painting, flooring).
Able to install and modify cabinets; precise measurement is essential.
Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

Arrive to the jobsite on time.
Follow instructions given by project manager.
Keep work area clean and orderly during installation.
Communicate progress daily with the project manager.
Install cabinets, doors, drawers, and hardware as specified.
