Job summary

New Level Interiors, Inc. in Frankfort, IL is seeking a Residential Construction Carpenter to deliver high-end finishes on interior remodels, cabinetry and trim, and to support premium cabinet installs.

You’ll perform finish and rough carpentry, install cabinetry and trim, set doors, complete drywall and interior painting, handle flooring and tile as needed, read plans, and work with a positive crew to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cabinet installation experience (required).
• Finish carpentry and rough carpentry experience.
• Proficiency with power tools and ability to read drawings.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass background/drug test.

Responsibilities

• Install custom and semi-custom cabinetry, trim, doors, and hardware with a high-end finish.
• Perform rough framing and remodel carpentry as needed to support project scopes.
• Execute drywall hang/finish/repair and interior painting to a clean standard.
• Complete flooring installs (LVP/laminate/hardwood) and tile work with precise lines.
• Tackle light fixture finishes and assist with minor electrical/plumbing under supervision.
• Read plans, verify layouts, and solve field issues.
• Maintain organized, safe, and clean jobsite and protect client homes.
