Cabinet IQ is seeking a Field Services Technician to install, maintain and repair cabinetry at customer sites. The role includes completing field measurements prior to orders and coordinating installations to ensure a 5-star service experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cabinet installations and repairs at customer sites, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on cabinet solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cabinet functionality and aesthetics in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of completed installations and service requests, including customer feedback.
• Follow safety guidelines and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and customers.
• Communicate effectively with the Field Services Manager and other team members regarding project status and customer needs.
