Sunset Imports in Portland, OR is hiring a Luxury Customer Experience Host for Porsche Studio Portland. You will welcome guests, educate on Porsche products, host tours, and support events and social media content from the Studio.

The role emphasizes brand storytelling, premium hospitality, and community engagement, with weekends/evenings required and a valid driver’s license expected.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in luxury automotive, luxury hospitality, premium retail, events, or high-touch environments.
• Strong interest in Porsche, design, engineering and luxury brand experiences.
• Excellent verbal communication; able to explain tech in clear terms.
• Social media savvy; knows what makes short-form content engaging.
• Comfortable appearing in short videos and creating posts for the Studio.
• Able to host guests, lead tours, and speak to individuals or small groups.
• Professional, hospitality-forward style; detail-oriented and organized.
• Works independently yet collaborates with Studio Manager and team.
• Familiar with CRM, appointment tools, and basic social media workflows.
• Full-time availability including weekends, evenings, and events.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a polished, engaging manner.
• Educate guests about Porsche through product education and storytelling.
• Demonstrate Porsche design, technology, and ownership aspects.
• Host studio tours for walk-ins, appointments, and events.
• Support appointments, demo-drive readiness, and displays.
• Assist with bookings, event prep, RSVP tracking, and vendor comms.
• Represent Porsche during activations and community events.
• Create and share organic social media content from the Studio.
• Participate in short-form video content in a brand-appropriate way.
• Identify social media opportunities during daily operations and events.
• Maintain guest notes, CRM records, and internal handoffs.
• Keep Studio guest-ready with merchandising, presentation, and upkeep.
• Provide clear, helpful answers without high-pressure sales tactics.
• Collaborate with Porsche Beaverton teams for a seamless experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Porsche vehicles and Studio programming.
