Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in luxury automotive, luxury hospitality, premium retail, hospitality, events, clienteling, experiential marketing, social media, or another high-touch customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a professional, polished, and engaging manner.
• Provide brand-hosted product education, design storytelling, and meaningful conversation.
• Lead product demonstrations across the Porsche lineup and host studio tours.
• Support guest appointments, demo-drive readiness, and event execution in partnership with studio leadership.
• Create and support organic social media content highlighting the Porsche Studio and experiences.
• Maintain guest notes, CRM records, and ensure a guest-ready environment.
