Porsche Studio Portland in the Pearl District invites a Luxury Customer Experience Host to join our immersive brand destination. You will welcome guests, share Porsche product education, and lead demonstrations in a premium environment designed for design storytelling and community events.

This role emphasizes hospitality, brand representation, and social media content creation, with a schedule that includes weekends and evenings. Experience in luxury automotive or premium retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in luxury automotive, luxury hospitality, premium retail, events, or high-touch customer environments.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with clear, engaging language.
• Social media savvy with knowledge of creating brand-appropriate content.
• Comfort with organic social media posts and short videos.
• Ability to host tours, demos, and guest interactions with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a polished, engaging manner.
• Educate guests on Porsche products through storytelling and conversations.
• Lead product demonstrations across the lineup and ownership topics.
• Host studio tours for walk-ins, appointments, and events.
• Support guest appointments, demo-drive readiness, and post-visit follow-up.
• Assist with venue bookings, RSVP tracking, and event logistics.
• Represent Porsche during activations and community events.
• Create and assist with organic social media content from the Studio.
