The Standard in Missouri is seeking a PHS Billing Analyst to manage premium billing for group policies, reconcile transactions, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure accurate invoicing and timely delivery.

You will support process improvements, contribute to system enhancements, and uphold exceptional customer service while working with billing, reconciliation, and reporting teams in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of accounting or complex financial experience.
• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or financial services.
• Experience with billing, premium processing, reconciliation, or related financial operations.

Responsabilités

• Process and reconcile premium billing transactions, including adjustments, reversals, and delinquent accounts.
• Prepare, review, and audit group invoices to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies while partnering with internal teams and customers.
• Serve as a billing subject matter expert and provide guidance on complex inquiries.
• Support system enhancements, audits, reporting activities, and process improvement initiatives.
