You will deliver meals to guests, maintain a high standard of hospitality, and work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes exceptional guest service, attention to detail, and clear communication with kitchen and dining staff.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years room service experience preferred
• Some wine and fine food knowledge helpful
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction

Responsibilities

• Deliver meals to guestrooms and public areas with accuracy and timeliness
• Provide a memorable dining experience through friendly service
