Job summary

Floor Coverings International is seeking experienced Bathroom Remodel Installers to perform full bathroom remodels at customers' homes. Our team delivers quality craftsmanship, respects the customer's home, and communicates professionally.

This role requires 3+ years in remodeling, experience with demolition, tile, shower pans, and waterproofing. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50-75 lbs are expected; travel to various job sites throughout the week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bathroom remodeling or similar construction experience.
• Experience with demolition, framing (light), tile installation, and plumbing fixture installation.
• Knowledge of waterproofing systems and shower pan installation required.
• Ability to read measurements, layouts, and perform basic math calculations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to crouch, kneel, stand, and work in tight spaces for extended periods.
• Must be trustworthy and comfortable working in customers’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform full bathroom remodels including demolition (gutting bathrooms as needed)
• Remove and dispose of existing tubs, showers, vanities, flooring, and fixtures
• Install shower pans, waterproofing systems, tile, vanities, and fixtures
• Prepare surfaces including subfloors, walls, and backer board for proper installation
• Read and understand project scope, plans, and job files prior to arrival
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site throughout the project
• Properly handle and maintain tools, equipment, and company materials
• Communicate professionally with customers in their homes
• Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and local building codes
• Work to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every project
• Travel to various job sites throughout the week
