Job summary

Floor Coverings International is seeking Bathroom Remodel Installers to execute quality craftsmanship on full bathroom remodels. Our install teams respect customers’ homes, deliver what we promise, and maintain clean job sites.

You will perform demolition, install shower pans, tile, fixtures, and waterproofing, read project plans, and travel to multiple job sites each week. Strong construction experience and ability to lift 50-75 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bathroom remodeling or construction experience.
• Experience with demolition, framing (light), tile installation, and plumbing fixture installation.
• Knowledge of waterproofing systems and shower pan installation.
• Ability to read measurements, layouts, and perform basic math.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to crouch, kneel, stand, and work in tight spaces for extended periods.
• Trustworthy and comfortable working in customers’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform full bathroom remodels including demolition.
• Remove and dispose of existing tubs, showers, vanities, flooring, and fixtures.
• Install shower pans, waterproofing systems, tile, vanities, and fixtures.
• Prepare surfaces including subfloors, walls, and backer board for proper installation.
• Read and understand project scope, plans, and job files prior to arrival.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site throughout the project.
• Properly handle and maintain tools, equipment, and company materials.
• Communicate professionally with customers in their homes.
• Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and local building codes.
• Travel to various job sites throughout the week.
