Job summary
Compass Group USA is hiring a Premium Bartender for Levy venues, delivering outstanding beverage service in premium suites and VIP areas. You will prepare cocktails and other beverages, upsell premium offerings, and ensure guests have a memorable experience at events in Evanston and surrounding areas.
The role requires knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and cocktails, as well as experience with POS systems and cash handling.
Qualifications
- Experience in premium hospitality, sports/entertainment venues or luxury venues.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
- Experience using POS systems and handling financial transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay professional in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in premium suites, clubs, and VIP areas.
- Deliver exceptional guest hospitality and upsell premium products.
- Maintain bar area cleanliness and stocking before, during, and after events.
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations and cash handling procedures.
